Shipping, Warranties and Returns

Southern Cross Printing will take all reasonable steps to provide a fault free product.

All deliveries are insured, and any damage to products during delivery will be replaced as soon as feasibly possible. Please report any noticeable damage to the driver at the time of delivery.

In the event your package has been left at your premised by the driver and you discover it damaged, please report the damage immediately.

Photographs and evidence of damaged packaging would be very much appreciated and will help expedite the process.

We will package and despatch your order with all reasonable care.

Loss or damage of goods must be reported to Southern Cross Printing within 7 days of the date of your invoice or receipt of your item. Once your order is dispatched, delays in shipping are not the responsibility of Southern Cross Printing.

You must contact Southern Cross Printing on sales@southerncrossprinting.com.au prior to attempting to return any order.

Orders placed on this website are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to ensure privacy and security of your ordering and payment information.

You will be charged for postage for the order.

Payment is required before goods will be dispatched.
